Microsoft 365 or Office suite
You can use Word, Excel, and Powerpoint on your iMac, MacBook, or MacBook Mini. You just have to buy this software separately, because it's not included with a Mac by default. We have a lot of Microsoft 365 and Office suites that are specially created for your Mac.
- Select Tools.
- Select Annotate.
- Tap the text icon.
- Place your cursor on the PDF where you want to add new text.
- Type the text.
- Use the text icon to change the font, size, and style of the text.

Checking the Recycle Bin
Search through the list of documents to see whether the deleted Word document is still there. If you don't know the file name, look for file types such as .doc, .docx, and .dot. If you find the desired Word file, right-click the file name, and then select Restore to recover the file.
Open Word and click the File Tab in the upper left. Click Manage Document and select Recover Unsaved Documents. In the dialogue box, look for your missing file. Open the recovered Word document and click the Save As button.
